Over 60s Holiday Club

Wish you were here? Well you can be! Holiday at home this summer and join us at your local church, St Nicholas.

Come along for three days of fun, food and thought. We’ll keep you busy daily from 11am-3pm on Monday 15th to Wednesday 17th July.

At £4 a day you’ll not find a better holiday deal on the High Street this summer!

When: Monday 15th, Tuesday 16th & Wednesday 17th July 2019
Time: 11am-3pm
Who: Everybody welcome over 60
Cost: £4.00 per day, includes a 2 course cooked lunch
Where: Here at St Nicholas Church, entry is via the left hand door at the top of the ramp (wheelchair accessible)

The plan for each day is:
Tea/coffee and biscuits.
11:30am: Singing and “Thought for the Day”.
12:00 noon: 2 course cooked lunch.

1:00pm: Talk     
Day 1: Staying Safe - London Fire Brigade.
Day 2: Education and advice - NHS Physiotherapy.

1:45pm: A spot of keep fit to get your blood pumping again!
2:00pm: *Activity slot.
2:45pm: Tea and cake.
3:00pm: Home time.

*Each day you can chose which activity you would like to do from the following:
- Crocheting
- Drawing
- Embroidery
- Fabric Painting
- Flower Arranging
- Greeting Card Making
- Jewellery Making
- Knitting
- Pottery Painting
- Table Games & Other Crafts
